Condivido dr.Alen Pandolfi !

MEMORIA PER PAPA RATZINGER Martedi 14 novembre 2006
San Riccardo Pampuri - urnaDi ritorno da Trivulzio (Provincia di Pavia) per un pellegrinaggio alle spoglie del santo medico condotto San Riccardo Pampuri, il cui corpo è venerato nella chiesa parrocchiale di quel piccolo paese. Vicino all’urna del Santo ho incontrato il parroco don Angelo Beretta, al quale ho dato una copia dell’articolo di Giorgio Cittadini comparso sul Giornale di giovedì 9 novembre 2006: L’ideale cristiano della bellezza, dove parla della sua visita in USA all’ospedale Mayo Clinic di Rochester: 35.000 dipendenti ed una fervente comunità parrocchiale affidata a Padre Jerry Mahon, al quale Mons. Luigi Giussani ha fatto dono della statua di San Riccardo, perché grazie a lui in quei luoghi si sarebbero verificati fatti prodigiosi. Come prodigioso sarebbe il fatto successo ad una 22enne di Reggio Calabria colpita da un brutto linfoma, e che lo stesso parroco mi ha raccontato.
Santità, dopo l’articolo del giornale diretto da Andreotti 30 Giorni dedicato a San Riccardo Pampuri, il movimento dei devoti a lui si conferma come un fatto, che ha acquistato diffusione internazionale, per non dire globale. Perché è successo Santità ? Ne parlavo con l’uomo che lavora al bar dell’oratorio di Trivolzio: quali bisogni profondi intercetta questa figura ? A quali altri santi si collega ? Perché quel santo ha speso la sua vita in questa zona della Terra ? Che cosa dice ai politici in relazione alle gravi questioni bioetiche che interessano il mondo ?
San Riccardo medico chirurgoOggi sono stato a Trivolzio proprio per fare chiarezza su queste cose. Il parroco vuole fare un Centro di Spiritualità: ne parlavamo al bar dell’oratorio. Ci vogliono i permessi delle autorità e si devono raccogliere i fondi per finanziare l’opera. Solo così il progetto potrebbe essere portato avanti.
Ma la domanda che ci facciamo è la seguente: la nostra gente sente il bisogno di un vero rinnovamento spirituale? Questo Centro sarebbe capace di intercettare i bisogni profondi delle anime? Non si tratta prima di metterci in ascolto di questi bisogni ? Al bar dell’oratorio ci siamo misurati con i diversi aspetti di questa problematica. Una vecchia signora ha parlato con me e col Francesco: conosce i territori che si distendono lungo il corso del Ticino fino a Pavia, ma denuncia la schifezza che si diffonde nell’ambiente naturale. Quant’è sporco il Fiume Azzurro (Ticino) a causa degli scarichi delle industrie, ma anche dell’inciviltà di coloro che abitano quei territori. Non è anche questo un segno di malessere spirituale ? Ma nello stesso tempo misuriamo il bene che potrebbe soddisfare questi bisogni. Misuriamo il bene che invoca la situazione socio-politica ed economica dei nostri tempi. Attenzione, si potrebbe andare incontro a tempi duri nei quali potrebbe prendere il potere un uomo forte, e riportarci a forme di regime che non vorremmo più vedere.
Santità la scristianizzazione va avanti nonostante il dialogo fra le religioni interessi tante istituzioni. Quando Napoleone fece chiudere le opere religiose, anche questa parrocchia fu abbandonata. Dopo la visita di oggi, penso alle cose che ci ha fatto vedere l’uomo con cui abbiamo parlato: ci sono costruzioni che vanno in rovina: un ex-asilo che andrebbe demolito, un salone che il parroco trasformò in cinema usato per le feste dei ragazzi ma bisognoso di imbiancatura, una metà del grande cascinale lasciato alle erbacce. Non sono immagini di tante anime tormentate da spiriti immondi ? Non c’è una legione di spiriti immondi che andrebbe fatta entrare nei maiali, Santità, e dovrebbe smetterla di tormentarci col suo contagio maligno ?
Il mio direttore spirituale, il 96enne Mons.Luigi Villa insegna com’è bella la purezza. Chi non è puro – dice – non può amare Dio, e neanche lo può percepire. Ma non può neppure amare il prossimo, perché non ama se stesso. E nell’odio contro se stesso si radica il male dell’uomo. Quindi risulta una bestemmia quel nome dato al partito dei pedofili costituito nei Paesi Bassi (“partito per l’amore del prossimo”). Il peccato ci fa schiavi del male ed allarga il nostro cuore: un abisso di desideri frustrati. Ci abituiamo a vivere ogni piccola cosa come fonte di delusione e insoddisfazione, e ragione di conflitti sempre più radicali capaci di generare conflitti che aumentano, come i gradini di una scala: isolamento, depressione, disperazione. Manca il coraggio di chiamare per nome le angosce che prendono i cuori di tanti uomini donne bambini e li rendono schiavi nel nostro mondo ricco e sviluppato. Manca il coraggio di ascoltare il grido di un infinito numero di anime. Ma si dovrebbero leggere le statistiche di alcuni indicatori sociali:

1) spese di risorse per farmaci, ricoveri ospedalieri ed assenze dal lavoro connesse a patologie psichiatriche
2) diffusione di reati e crimini con aggravamento del carico sulle forze dell’ordine, sul sistema giudiziario e sugli istituti di pena
3) stragi di umane vite non ancora nate (aborto) o perse per droga, alcool, abusi sessuali, abbandoni in età anziana, terrorismo e guerre

Come si fa a pensare soltanto una situazione del genere ? Se Dio c’è, perché c’è il male ? I santi ci aiutano ad intercettare gli agenti del male spirituale e propongono un’azione comune:

Il nucleo fondamentale della loro spiritualità è quello che risponde alle domande profonde e ai bisogni dei nostri tempi. Infatti sono i piccoli che cantano la Misericordia di Dio.
LA SPIRITUALITA’ DEL PICCOLO: non è il possesso che ci fa liberi, ma l’essere piccoli … se il chicco di grano caduto a terra non muore non porta frutto, ma se muore porta frutto (lo nota uno scrittore che descrive la Russia in preda alle forze del male e la contrappone alla Russia dei monaci) C’è qualcosa di più piccolo di un chicco di grano? C’è qualcosa di più incredibile dell’opera che ne nasce ? Nel chicco c’è tutto, nel chicco c’è la ratio, il codice di accesso e il progetto del tutto, nel chicco c’è la legge che governa il tutto. Lo sanno i cinesi: (nel mio cuore c’è l’universo, mi ha detto un intellettuale cinese come Hsiao Chin). Lo sanno i cristiani ( la persona umana è fatta ad immagine e somiglianza di Dio in Cristo). Lo sanno i santi (non c’eravamo e ora ci siamo – sentivo dire da Mons.Luigi Giussani – quindi “siamo fatti”). Sono loro che fanno luce: infinite piccole luci che squarciano le tenebre di una notte piena di disperazione, nella quale risuona l’eco del grido di infinite anime. Alle sue orecchie, Santità, giungerà la loro voce soffocata dal male, e sentirà lo stesso fremito di verità che ha riempito di commozione l’anima di Sant’Agostino. E noi non diversamente da lui vogliamo porci il problema del male: perché c’è il male? dov’è Dio ?
Dove sei Dio Onnipotente ? Non vedi che il male annienta le anime di tante umane vite ? Perché non vieni a liberarci ? Allora il popolo sentirà il vuoto abissale e inghiottirà questo grido: perché ? Finchè dal popolo stesso salirà un coro di voci bianche a cantare la Misericordia di Dio: Colui che soffre tutte le sofferenze del popolo è il Dio che soffre ma non muore, perché è Vita Eterna e Amore senza fine: Misericordia … ecco il Nome del Vero Dio Gesù Cristo: Misericordia. La confessano i piccoli del Signore. Gridano loro, se no griderebbero le pietre. Vive Dio! Non è morto. Piccolo coi piccoli. Gioca come giocava con sua Madre la Madonna. Quando gli spiegava la legge della vita: la legge del chicco. Se il chicco di grano caduto a terra non muore non porta frutto, ma se muore porta molto frutto. Allora Lui lo ha detto ai Suoi amici, coi quali prendeva tanti pesci. Poi hanno scritto questa legge nelle Sacre Scritture, dove ora leggiamo: se il chicco di grano caduto a terra non muore non porta frutto, ma se muore porta molto frutto. Non lo vedi? E’ la legge dell’amore, l’unica vera legge spirituale. Non è il possesso che fa liberi, ma l’essere piccoli.
Al problema del male che tormentava il nostro Doctor Gratiae, Santità, (perché c’è il male?) noi dobbiamo rispondere con la spiritualità del piccolo, perché la spiritualità del piccolo sia il centro della vita di ogni persona umana.
