FATEBENEFRATELLI: QUANDO LA FAMIGLIA “ENTRA NELLE COSE DEL PADRE” – (3) – A. Nocent

IN PUNTA DI PIEDI VERSO IL CAPITOLO GENERALE 2012

La famiglia di Gesù, dopo averlo ritrovato, rimproverato e messo in cuore la sua giustificazione senza averci capito qualcosa, – “devo occuparmi delle cose del Padre mio” –  torna a Nazareth.

Per la FAMIGLIA DI SAN GIOVANNI DI DIO che rimpatria dal “pellegrionaggio pasquale” a Gersualemme , è il momento del resoconto:

  • Che cosa ha detto a me la Parola di Dio ?
  • Quale messaggio ho colto a Nazareth?

Dei tre momenti rappresentati nell’ episodio evangelico del “ritrovamento nel tempio”, quello che solleva più problemi è il terzo: il ritorno a Nazareth, alla quotidianità.

Andare pellegrini a Gerusalemme, andare a Granada, a Fatima… non fa problema perché rito e vita possono convivere agevolmente. Si torna e si racconta: “Abbiamo partecipato alla Celebrazione Eucaristica nella Basilica di San Giovanni di Dio, uno spettacolodi luci e ori, ascoltato i convegnisti, visitato i luoghi della memoria, creati nuovi legami di amicizia,…E’ stato bellissimo…E poi si mangia  anche bene. E non abbiamo speso una lira!”.

Il problema vero è il ritorno a casa, nella vita di ogni giorno,  e la Parola di Dio ascoltata, da calare nella vita.

La prima domanda che dovrebbe porsi la Famiglia pellegrina è

  • se la Parola fa notizia in casa, nel Centro socio.sanitario, neggli Uffici…
  • Se è conservata nel cuore.
  • O, al contrario, se è lasciata come un seme perduto per la strada.
  • Nella grande Famiglia c’è lo spazio per il racconto della fede?
  • Si può parlare di Gesù senza provare imbarazzo e sembrare fuori luogo o essere trascritti nel redistro  dei fanatici?
  • Ha senso, cercare la soluzione dei problemi nella Parola di Dio?
  • Per “umanizzare” non bastano un buon libro di galateo comportamentale e rispettare la CARTA DEI SERVIZI emanata dai Governi, dove non mancano i pricipi etici che devono guidare gli operatori sanitari?

Luca ci ha lasciati con una sottolineatura non messa lì per caso: “Sua madre custodiva dentro di sé il ricordo di tutti questi fatti”. Cioè a dire che la Parola è un seme che trova nel cuore di Maria un solco aperto, è luce, è conforto.

Tornando all’episodio, andrebbe colto il conflitto che si verifica in Maria tra il progetto umano e il progetto di Dio.

  • Lei nell’Annunciazione è sconcertata di fronte al disegno di Dio: “Come è possibile?” (Lc 1, 34).
  • Adesso è sconcertata perché il progetto del Figlio è diverso da quello che prevedevano lei e Giuseppe.
  • Qui si rendono conto che il progetto di Dio apre altre prospettive: le cose del Padre (Lc. 1,49).

La Famiglia di San Giovanni di Dio che fa ritorno povera come prima,  senza soluzione per i problemi che aveva ma con questi interrogativi nella testa, quindi in stato di conflitto, è sul binario giusto.

Se torna invece con le idee chiare, il progettino fumoso proposto nel convegno, dove è stato detto di dire agli altri, spesso demotivati, magari all’ultimo inserviente che a un convegno non sarà mai trascinato, cosa dovranno fare per una efficace “pastorale sanitaria”, rischia di finire sul binario morto. Perché la politica dominante assomiglia rmai ormai a una professione: “SUGGERITORE D’ISTITUTO” che sta nell’indirizzare, mettere sulla buona strada gli altri , sussurrando soavemente a orecchi facilmente irritabili,  cosa devono fare per…

Mai che uno dica: “adesso ti faccio vedere IO  come si fa a stare ore e ore vicino a un “deficiente” per giorni, mesi, anni, senza schiattare di disperazione“. Lo sappiamo tutti: chi ha potuto, se l’è sempre squagliata appena possibile, cercando rifugio dietro a una scrivania. Magari a scrivere sull’ OSPITARE L’UOMO.

 Non v’è dubbio: la vocazione di “Passa-Parola” è di origine apostolica, ma attenzione a non fraitendere: samaritani devono essere gli ultimi: inservienti, infermieri…albergatori, tutti gli altri, secondo ordine e grado.

Come nelle famiglie ordinarie, anche nella Famiglia Ospedaliera c’è qualcuno che svolge un ruolo di “padre e madre”. I progetti dei genitori sui figli (il Capitolo Generale, quello Provinciale…) per lo più vengono costruiti dai tetti in giù. Per i figli “collaboratori” non si finisce di farli sentire importanti, li si sogna entusiasti, con tanta voglia di fare, di buttarsi, incitati dal motto sempre attuale dell’ umanizzare…are…are…are...Si desidera che i componenti della Famiglia scelgano…facciano…siano…per l’onore e il prestigio di tutta la Famiglia.

Ma mostrare disponibilità ad accogliere l’individualità, la vita di ciascun figlio secondo il progetto di Dio non è facile. Spesso nemmeno sfiora l’idea. Ma è proprio questo atteggiamento che Gesù chiede ai suoi.

La domanda cruciale che mai si pone è questa: “Che cosa vorrà Dio per questi figli”, per i componenti della Famiglia?

Invece tutto va sul generico, confluisce nel calderone di una giornata al Castello di Monguzzo per un appuntamento di rito previsto dal calendario. E lì si esaurisce in un elenco monoto di dati statistici più o meno comprensibili, non verificabili. Sarebbe errato pensare che la progettualità di Dio  marci per un sentiero opposto; essa in parte coincide con quello “genitoriale”. Ma solo in parte. La Famiglia non può dimenticare o perdere di vista che nel crocevia dei desideri il punto di convergenza è l’incontro tra il progetto di Dio e la risposta comunitaria e personale.

Il Dio per cui ci si trova a lavorare nel suo campo,  pensa in grande la sua storia. Apre un orizzonte di grandezza per la vita, la missione: “Non sapevate che io devo occuparmi delle cose del Padre mio?”. Chi si accontenta di progetti terra terra, dimentica di essere in presenza di un Dio ambizioso, che ha grandi progetti sulla Famiglia, da realizzare con modalità diverse e con una prospettiva ultima e univoca: la santità. Questo è il disegno che Dio ha su ciascuno. E, pur non sapendo quali siano le strade per realizzare questa meta, si deve andare in questa direzione, anche se non è facile.

Se però in Famiglia

  • si parla solo di cose terra terra, di bilanci, di miraggi economici, di compra e vendite, di carriera, di piani edilizzi…
  • con qualche riferimento alle Missioni da mantenere
  • e tante colpe della Regione che non paga…
  • se è momento del “politicamente corretto” dove nessuno vuol sbilanciarsi pur non condividendo metodi e prospettive perché poco conveniente…
  • è difficile credere che la Famiglia sia sintonizzata sulla stessa onda di Dio.

In una famiglia comune, anche dove si prega poco e nulla, nasce nel cuore di tutti una preghiera spontanea per i figli:

  • perché abbiano la salute (ed è giusto!);
  • perché vadano bene a scuola,
  • trovino lavoro,
  • siano onesti.

Il rischio diffuso è di non andare oltre. Chi chiede mai al Signore

  • che aiuti i figli ad entrare “nelle sue cose”,
  • che li liberi dalle “nostre cose”?

Senza voler esemplificare, o la FAMIGLIA OSPEDALIERA DI SAN GIOVANNI DI DIO evita di costruire dal tetto in basso, ogni realizzazione umana, per quanto umanizzante, è fine a se stessa. Un vicolo cieco, illusorio.

DEL PORRE DOMANDE AVENDO GIA’ LA RISPOSTA

Ce lo siamo sentiti dire un milione di volte: la fede è un dono che viene comunicato nel Battesimo e si rinnova ogni giorno. Ma lo sperimentiamo da noi: LA FEDE E’ FATICA.

La nostra sorella Maria non comprende e tuttavia aderisce, perché capisce che Dio è all’opera e sa fidarsi di lui.

Se la FAMIGLIA sognata e concepita come il futuro dell’Ordine Ospedaliero costituito da Fratelli, non s’interroga sui grandi temi esistenziali ed evita di misurarsi con essi, finisce nella babele dei “perché?”, sussurrati su ogni piano di degenza, nei corridoi, a mensa, in ufficio…

Domande anche vere, giuste, dove però sono già insite le risposte. Come dire che ognuno parla da solo, taglia e medica, fa tutt lui. Ma non c’è DISCERNIMENTO.

Si dice che il Signore ci prova: malattia, morte, figli che deludono. Nella grande Famiglia i momenti della prova prendono altra configurazione ma esistono.

Sia nel piccolo che nel grande, il coro è compatto e univoco: PERCHE?

L’uomo psichico, abituato a non andar tanto per sottile o a vedere in grande, molto pratico, rischia di fermarsi alla domanda e scuotere la testa. L’uomo “religioso” per via della sua formazione, si abbandona o rassegna alla volontà di Dio, scuotendo anche lui la testa, evitando di porsi domande, sapendo a priori che non troverà risposte soddisfacenti.

La grande Famiglia non può fermarsi alle domande; deve andare oltre…ma in un atteggiamento controcorrente: METTENDOSI IN ASCOLTO DELLA PAROLA DI DIO. Mettersi in quest’ottica equivale a mettere in atto la RI-VOLIZIONE dentro e fuori di noi.

La risposta che Maria ha intuito come vera è questa: mi fido di mio Figlio. Non ha capito, ma ha conservato nel cuore la risposta. E’ il contrario del nostro atteggiamento comune di fronte alle situazioni difficili della vita: poniamo i “perché” di tante situazioni e poi dimentichiamo, lasciamo perdere, meglio stordirsi nei convegni, darsi appunta mento a…

Ma sarebbe meglio affrontare e farsi tormentare dal tarlo della parola misteriosa che non convince immediatamente , perché non è una soluzione matematica di un problema ma una parola di speranza nella quale cercare ogni soluzione, il cui risultato è noto soloa Dio. Ecco: è questo voler sempre rifugiarsi in Dio che fa arrabbiare tanti della Famiglia. Ma che barba…! Perché bisogna essere concreti, pratici, si dice.

Chi fa il cammino da Nazareth a Gerusalemme torna a casa con una certezza: la parola di Dio, la sua risposta non è mai una soluzione ma sempre un seme da “conservare” nel cuore. Ha la convinzione che porterà frutto in una qualche stagione della vita solo se si mette in stato di allerta, di “libertà vigilata”. Agli arresti domiciliari? Non propriamente: sotto la guida dello Spirito (Galati 5, 16) come ha detto bene a suo tempo il Priore Generale Fernando Piles: LASCIATEVI GUIDARE DALLO SPIRITO. No, non è una battuta ad effetto ma uno stato permanente di vita.

Per buttarla in “pastorale sanitaria” la Famiglia sa che davanti alla sofferenza non le parole, ma il silenzio è l’atteggiamento più rispettoso. Anche ai discepoli di San Giovanni di Dio è precluso l’ingresso nella solitudine umana. Lì le persone non possono entrare. Solo Dio, la sua Parola, può incoraggiare a camminare nel buio e nella devastazione del dolore.

Ma alla SCUOLA DELLA PAROLA bisogna andarci nel tempo della salute, se si vuol beneficiare di essa nel tempo della malattia. Che, se non esiste un “luogo permanente”, personale e comunitario per misurarsi con la Parola, hai voglia ad “umanizzarsi per umanizzare” !

MATITECOLORATE

Madre Teresa si considerava una matita nelle mani di Dio. Mi piace immaginare la Famiglia Ospedaliera come una scatola di pastelli colorati di cui Dio si serve per dipingere i mille volti della Carità.

In cartoleria vendono scatole da sei pastelli essenziali, da dodici…Ma gli scolaretti sono felici quando l’astuccio straripa di matite colorate di ogno gradazione. Assomiglia molto al contenitore dei carismi di cui lo Spirito arricchise una Famiglia in ascolto. I sei pastelli-base, col Battesimo, li possediamo tutti.

Ma Paolo non esita a scrivere ai cristiani di Corinto: “Aspirate a carismi più grandi! E io vi mostrerò la via migliore di tutte” (1 Cor 12,31). Anche se poi conclude smorzando gli entusiasi e i fuochi di paglia: avere i più grandi carismi e non vivere nella carità, non serve a nulla.

“E a ciascuno è data una manifestazione particolare dello Spirito per l’utilità comune:

  • a uno viene concesso dallo Spirito il linguaggio della sapienza;
  • a un altro, invece, per mezzo dello stesso Spirito, il linguaggio della scienza; a uno la fede per mezzo dello stesso Spirito; a un altro il dono di far guarigioni per mezzo dell’unico Spirito;
  • a uno il potere dei miracoli; a un altro il dono della profezia;
  • a un altro il dono di distinguere gli spiriti; a un altro le varietà delle lingue;
  • a un altro infine l’interpretazione delle lingue. “(1 Cor 12,7-l1).

 Ed aggiunge:

  • “Vi sono poi diversità di carismi, ma uno solo è lo Spirito; vi sono diversità di ministeri ma uno solo è il Signore;
  • vi sono diversità di operazioni ma uno solo è Dio, che opera tutto in tutti.
  • E a ciascuno è data una manifestazione particolare dello Spirito per l’utilità comune ” (1Cor 12,4-7).

S. Pietro non è da meno: “Ciascuno viva secondo la grazia ricevuta (carisma), mettendola a servizio degli altri, come buoni amministratori di una multiforme grazia di Dio.

  • Chi parla lo faccia con parole di Dio;
  •  chi esercita un ufficio, lo compia con l’energia ricevuta da Dio,
  • perché in tutto venga glorificato Dio per mezzo di Gesù Cristo,
  • al quale appartiene la gloria e la potenza nei secoli dei secoli. Amen” (1 Pt 4,10-11).

 E S. Paolo agli Efesini scrive: “Abbiamo pertanto doni diversi, secondo la grazia data a ciascuno di noi.

  • Chi ha il dono della profezia, la eserciti secondo la misura della fede;
  •  chi ha un ministero, attenda al ministero;
  •  chi l’insegnamento, all’insegnamento;
  •  chi l’esortazione, all’esortazione.
  • Chi dà, lo faccia con semplicità;
  • chi presiede lo faccia con diligenza; chi fa opere di misericordia, le compia con gioia” (Rm 12, 6-8).

E ancora:

  • “È lui che ha stabilito alcuni come apostoli,
  • altri come profeti,
  • altri come evangelisti,
  • altri come pastori e maestri per rendere idonei i fratelli a compiere un ministero,
  • al fine di edificare il corpo di Cristo,
  • finché arriviamo tutti all’unità della fede e della conoscenza del Figlio di Dio,
  • allo stato di uomo perfetto, nella misura che conviene alla piena maturità di Cristo” (Ef 4,11).

Nelle ultime parole dell’apostolo c’è la DIVINIZZAZIONE dell’uomo cui tendere con le oprere della misericordia e della compassione. Ma il capolavoro finale è OPUS DEI, opera di Dio.
